I ALMOST DIDN'T POST THIS: Exploring a NEW (& possibly embarrassing) approach to making videos

I was hesitant about sharing this video, worried that it is embarrassing. Here's the thing, though: I have wanted to try this approach for awhile, it worked in my life this week and I had fun experimenting. Those are things I would typically say should be celebrated so... here goes. I want to play around with this style more but I would love to know your thoughts!

I'm Kate Welshofer. I'm 49 and left my job as a TV news anchor after 27 years to create a life I truly love.
