Lineage tab costs implications:
After you enable the Lineage API, costs are incurring in Dataplex. That means when you see costs in your GCP project coming from Dataplex, but you have no implementations there, then it can be the BQ Lineage API. You can also disable the API again in the GCP API section to delete theses costs.
