Central School Colour Run
Between bubbles, water pits and slip'n'slides, Central School students had a blast in their annual colour run.

“It's a fantastic way to finish off the year,” said principal Stu Barclay.
A “whole heap of paint” was used during the day, painting the students' white shirts with a full rainbow of colour.
The course, which loops around the school, was set up with cargo nets, tyres, mazes, slip'n'slides and even a cave.
Every student in the school took part and many teachers were involved.
“We wanted the day to be for everyone, for healthy fun exercise and promoting their hauora and wellbeing.”
Yesterday was the third year of the Central School colour run led by deputy principal Cambell McNaught along with teachers and a parent support group.
The run was set up as a school fundraiser and promoted in newletters and on web pages.
“The parent support group did an absolutely incredible job organising, in particular Penelope Claffy,” Mr Barclay said.
The school has three days left, which will be taken up by end-of-year assemblies and a whole school picnic.
