Engineering Course Design Series 3-2: Evaluating Instructional Materials
Dr. Davoudi continually talked about the criteria and examples for instructors to make sure that they are on top of the materials they presented. For example,
Credibility: are the materials credible?
Clarity: Are the content appropriate for the target audiences for quality purpose?
Validity: Are the information you provide acceptable of good practices? Is it apply to the topic?
Reliability: e.g. make sure the video links work
Accuracy: e.g. Are there any errors?
Currency: e.g. Are the content up-to-date?
Quality: e.g. Are you presenting the material in a sound manner pedagogically? etc.
