Nubia Z60 Ultra PWM measurements
The Nubia Z60 Ultra Photography Edition's display is similar to the Redmagic 9 Pro, using a triple-pulse hybrid DC-like/PWM method above 45% brightness. The display does a full brightness refresh at 180Hz intervals, with slight brightness dips at 60Hz and 120Hz rates.
2160Hz PWM kicks in below 45% brightness but it still keeps the triple pulse effect so the wave is consistent at all brightness levels. Changing the refresh rate to manual 60Hz or 120Hz doesn't seem to affect the rate or wave shape.
Visually measured by camera at 1/6400 shutter speed. Opple Light Master IV used for graph measurements.
