Mario Kart Wii- Perfect Timer Freeze [COMMENTATED]

Anyway, I really wanted to make a code so, I know it may not have seemed like it but, I have attempted to make a perfect timer code to always stay at 00:00:000 without going higher or lower. Yes it is a work-in-progress but, with some freezing and counter issues, it will be almost finished since I have been working on it for a few days now and I will keep testing it everyday to see if it works properly and eventually I will have the extreme code against any 4TW Hacker with any other win code. Also the other regions of this code are still in the process :D
I did test this code out online and sure enough, it does work but the counter changes and next race you freeze, that is why I am still trying to fix it. If there are any 4TW Hackers and they get 00:00:000 but my screen will show 00:00:019 (the shortest amount possible you can get on the regular freeze timer) I will still win anyway. Awesome thanks to one of my hacker friends for testing this code out with me! :D
Note: This is all 100% made by me! I did this all myself and I did not get any help with this or get a code from anybody, since some hackers don’t like getting their overpowered codes sent out like that!
