Mario Kart Wii- Perfect Timer Freeze Update

I have finally got this code to work fine at least :D After updating this code for about 1 month now, it finally works the way I wanted it to. No matter how many times I tried I couldn't fix the ending timer, but it finally works the way I wanted it to. No freezing issues, too! I also made the region PAL version and assuming it works out well, but the code will probably not be tested unless I get a PAL ISO or Disc, which will most likely never happen.
The reason on why I got into last place is because the timer hack has the original timer and it can be one of those codes that if you use it offline, then it goes for the CPU player aswell. Because I got the time 00:00:017, I got last place. But, when use online, you will instantly win, no matter what other codes there are :D
