This video shows in two simultaneous camera perspectives (passenger and pilot) a seaplane doing a splash-and-go landing on Tar Bay of the James River, in Virginia. It's an experiment in video editing and also something of a guided tour of the location.
The airplane is a Searey, a two-place amphibious flying boat that I built from a kit produced by Progressive Aerodyne, of Tavares, Florida. I've flown it about 1400 hours so far, in most of the eastern half of the US and Ontario.
