Assessing urban park quality using OpenStreetMap data – Sean Whitcomb
Urban parks provide a number of ecological and social benefits to residents, but marginalized populations often have limited access to nearby parks. I plan to assess the quality of urban parks in Phoenix using OSM data and identify potential disparities in park access. This talk will give an overview of my project and hopefully generate discussion about how to proceed with the analysis.
