I love Blender...

But myself and others (yes that does mean you Luke Warpus!) have often found it difficult to relight shots in Comp when the needs has required it due to the workarounds and excessive numbers of frames required to have your scene lights as individual passes.

But not anymore! With Blender 3.2 lightGroups have been added allowing you to add multiple lighting AOVs (Arbitrary Output Variables) in your single multi-layered exr or just as a pass inside of your render output in the compositor.

What does this mean? Well, keep watching to the end and you'll witness the power from a mere three light passes in turning a fairly plain render into, well, a less plain render...

Hope you like it!

What do you think? Was this any good, or did you hate it?

Please leave a comment below.

Even better maybe suggest something I can do a time build of!

Take care guys!
