「創意香港」資助的「時尚高峰(香港)2023」舉行國際時裝匯演。財政司副司長黃偉綸在有關活動的開幕禮上致辭，表示時裝是文化，而是次國際時裝匯演凸顯了香港是一個文化熔爐及時尚之都。
Sponsored by CreateHK, Fashion Summit (HK) 2023 held the International Fashion Show. Michael Wong, Deputy Financial Secretary, delivered a speech at the opening ceremony of the fashion show. Stating that fashion is culture, he said the international fashion show accentuated the fact that Hong Kong is a melting pot of different cultures and a city of fashion.
