This is John with Consolidated Rigging, and we're here at the Jacksonville Transportation Authority, which could also be Repair Shop, Anywhere, USA. They had a problem, and we had the solution.
We got a call, they were lifting a 300 lb windshield from the shipping/receiving area, to the platform that they built, where they were installing it onto the bus. Well, the problem was they were using maybe five guys to lift and manhandle this very expensive and heavy piece of glass on to their platform, and then vacuuming it, and putting it onto the bus.
Well, with the Gorbel Track System that we installed, we have eliminated the need for them to wrestle the piece of glass. Now, they can safely and easily pick that piece of glass up from the shipping/receiving area, trolley over, and safely and easily put it onto the bus.
