RECIPE:

113 gr salted butter wich will result after cooking in 90 g of browned butter
120 g Granulated sugar
60 g Dark brown sugar
112 g Sourdough starter at 100% hydration
fresh or old
1 tsp Vanilla extract
140 g All-purpose flour
¼ tsp Baking soda
½ tsp Baking powder
½ tsp Salt
110 g Large dark chocolate chips plus 20 gr for decorating
