In this video guide I will show you how to safely descend the ladder in the construction zone in Resurgence. This is in Act 1, level called Resurgence. The only ladder in the level is shortly after lowering the catwalk to continue on with the level. Once you get to the ladder just press X to grab it, then climb down and the achievement will pop.
