A call on the Round-Robin platform requires a caller (Foreigner) and a receiver (Friend). Foreigners use their minutes to practice their target language exclusively. The people they speak with are called Friends. A Friend on Round-Robin calls to set their availability. When a Foreigner calls to practice speaking, we text a few Friends who are available at that time to let them know someone wants to practice speaking. If the Friend responds to the text, we'll call their phone. When they answer the call, they'll be connected to the Foreigner. The Friend's native language is the Foreigner's target language. The Friend helps the Foreigner speak the language.
