Day #5 - Business Systems
Again over the last few years, we have worked with a lot of business owners to get some order inside of their business. They struggled with managing the magnitude of tasks the come with running their business. They struggled with getting someone to do the task exactly how they would like it done and also the delegation of that task. The answer was to create a system around that task.
