Black Ops 3 :: Strike! Achievement Guide :: Build The Rocket Shield
There is a shield part in each of the 3 districts. There are multiple spawn locations for the parts so look around to find each one. Once you have all 3 parts build it on a crafting table. Once built train until you have a train and use "RT" to plow through them.
