The dowels and reinforcing structures around the mount point look stronger than they are. The default perimeter and fill settings work fine for alignment pins. They don't work if you expect the alignment pings to handle any load. In my case, the default settings weren't strong enough to even insert the hexagonal dowels.
Two main problems with this
1. The holes were too deep for me to reliably remove the infill
1. The dowel infill percentage and perimeter count were too low to reliably insert the dowels in the holes after they were cleared
