Eviction in an apartment building on Gagarina Street in Jaworzno. A bailiff, assisted by the police, withdrew his action.
Mr. Dariusz is a resident of an apartment building at 3 Gagarina Street in Jaworzno. He lives in a two-room apartment with his daughter and her two sons. One is 13 years old and suffers from ADHD and Asperger's Syndrome, and the other is nearly 4 years old.
Unfortunately, due to the family's debt on the apartment, the case went to court, which ordered an eviction. Therefore, a bailiff, assisted by the police, appeared to carry out the eviction.
Mr. Dariusz claims it was a misunderstanding and plain malice. However, this is not the first time a bailiff has visited the family. The eviction was also postponed the first time because one of the sons was not covered by the eviction order.
Fortunately for him and his daughter, who is likely pregnant with their third child, they were unable to find alternative living arrangements for all the tenants, so the bailiff decided to discontinue the proceedings.
"WE DON'T HAVE A PLACE FOR YOU, SO I'M POSTPONED THE EVICTION DATE," THE BAILIFF SAID DURING THE PROCEEDINGS.
Mr. Dariusz assured the cameras that he will begin repaying the housing cooperative in July of this year. He agreed to settle the arrears while paying rent, and he is scheduled to appear at the bailiff's office next Monday to discuss the issue again.
"WHEN I CAN AFFORD IT, I WILL PAY EVEN MORE," THE TENANT SAID TO THE CAMERAS.
The situation isn't easy. However, we hope everything will turn out well and Mr. Dariusz will repay the housing cooperative and not have to vacate the premises.
