TOMATO PASTE SAUCE! (for meat, fish, poultry!)
Hello friends! I'd like to share with you a very simple recipe for a quick tomato paste sauce. This sauce is made with ordinary tomato paste, but the result is a delicious, versatile sauce that goes perfectly with meat, shashlik, and fish!
INGREDIENTS:
TOMATO PASTE - 200-250 GR
2-3 CLOVE OF GARLIC
FRESH CILANTRO - 1/2 BUNCH
SWEET PAPRIKA - 1/2 TSEP
CHILLI FLAKES - 1/3 TSEP
PEPPER MIX - to taste
SALT - to taste
SWEET AND SOUR CHILI SAUCE - 3 TBSP
COOK THE SAUCE - 2-3 MINUTES.
