Toadstool Shadow have a gig at an enchanted amusement park. Grimble Gromble the Fourth, their drummer, gets there first with all the gear. He anxiously awaits the arrival of guitarist Grimble Gromble the Second and bassist Grimble Gromble the Third. Where are they? Watch the video and find out!
The title is, of course, inspired by the story of the very last song Syd Barrett ever tried to teach Pink Floyd, probably in early 1968.
Yellow Springs, Ohio artist Sharri Phillips created all the sets.
This tune is on Toadstool Shadow's just-released second album, "Folk Songs of the American Wood Elf," available for download everywhere. CDs and downloads are also available at our own personal Bandcamp: https://toadstoolshadow.bandcamp.com/....

Lyrics:
Have you got it yet?
Hope you don’t regret
Have you got it yet?
Then please don’t forget
What Syd did
Cause that’s why he hid
And lived like a kid.
Have you got it yet?
Eight-track & cassette
Have you got it yet?
Stay out of the net
Like Syd did
And slid off the grid
Into his own id.
There were many posters, hanging on the wall
There were many stories, of the rise and fall
Careerist mothers, posed as your brothers
,
Got rich from your woes, like wolves in sheeps’ clothes
.
Have you got it yet?
