Federal Signal Equinox | Full Alert | Concord Township, OH | 4/13/22

Back in April, Cameron and I went to see this Equinox in Concord Township that replaced a WS-2016 back in the fall of 2017; siren L-43 in the system. As you can see, the pole for the old siren is still up and stands next to the current siren. This siren was pretty loud and the pitch jumped around quite a bit as it was a cold and windy morning. Not much else to add other than it was a typical Perry test. Glad to get another video of a siren in this system as the sirens are set to be discontinued in a few years.
This siren is located at the Cleveland Electric Illuminating Substation at 11300 Prouty Rd.
Sirens in Lake, Geauga, and Ashtabula Counties that are part of the Perry Plant warning system are tested on the second Wednesday of the month at 11:00 am quarterly, in January, April, July, and October. Enjoy!
