WIDE DR GAMMA XF200 GARDEN TEST
Decided to do a little video to test the Wide DR Gamma Custom Profile on the Canon XF200.
Using this profile does allow for a wide DR range BUT it won't let you used a lower gain level than 0. But thinking about it the C100 uses a higher gain to achieve the Dynamic Range required so the XF200 is no different in this respect.
Nice Cam, very sharp and the noise isn't all that noticeable when you change the settings and don't let it use auto :)
People who give this can a bad time are usually noobs that shouldn't be buying this level of equipment. Of of the box it's crap, just like the XF300 and XF100. Just learn to use it and you will be rewarded by what it can actually do :)
