In this video, we will learn how to setup the Gmail Integration and allow users to access Salesforce records using a side panel in Gmail. This video is for users who do not have the paid Salesforce Inbox license and are using Gmail. You can only log emails to Salesforce from the side panel if you have the paid Salesforce Inbox product. But if you have Einstein Activity Capture, it may not be necessary to have manual email logging.
