I hear it all the time from many different people whether its student or even public speaking coaches. The best way to improve at this craft is to "fake it till you make it".
In this week's episode of MasterTalk, I dispell this advice completely by explaining exactly why this type of advice DOES NOT apply to most groups of people and actually detracts them from trying to become better public speakers in the first place.
