FLUFFY PANCAKE RECIPE - super easy
This is a family recipe that my wife taught me when we first dated. I've added a few ingredients over the years and think its perfect for fluffy pancakes that the kids will love. Here is the quick recipe list:
2 cups flour
3 tsp baking power
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup of milled flax seed
3 tbsp sugar (optional)
2 cup buttermilk...or use milk with 3 tbsp of lemon juice
2 eggs
2 tbsp melted butter
