INSTANT POT Pork Stew
With all the COVID-19 craziness happening, I thought I would take some of the downtime to film my favorite home cooked meal, pork stew. Using the Instant Pot, I take a stab at what I would normally use a slow cooker to make, a yummy pork stew recipe I've used time and time again.
Here is the breakdown of the recipe:
1 quart (4 cups) of chicken broth
1 KG of pork, cubed
4 stalks of celery
4 medium carrots
1 large onion
1 inch cube ginger
3 cloves of garlic
1 tbsp of dried oregano
1 tbsp of dried parsley
Pinch of tyme or rose mary
1 tbsp of soy sauce
1 tbsp of Worcester sauce
4 large spoons of corn starch to thicken after it is cooked in the instant pot
Optional: 4 large potatoes
cook for 35 minutes on the "stew" option on the Instant Pot.
