Matillion Setup - Part 3 - AWS Resources
In this video, @CloudvedaBlogs! will explain the steps to setup AWS resources/objects to get started with Matillion ETL application for Snowflake . Matillion connects with many AWS services to integrate ETL capabilities with native cloud services. Hence, AWS resources and required privileges to access it is mandatory for getting the Matillion ETL operational. As a part of this effort, we are explaining step wise setup of all required resources need to get Matillion accessing AWS resources. These includes:
1- AWS S3 bucket
2- SQS Queue
3- SNS topic
5- Policy to have access on
S3 bucket
SNS topic (Read & Write)
SQS queue (Read & Write)
CloudWatch Read & Write
6- IAM user with above policy
For any Matillion project, you would need these objects. Here we are going with a very simple use case to start using Matillion for ETL development. In real project scenario, it may be different. Here we have consider multi environment setup (DEV, TST & PRD).
