Background:
We are using a very simple scaling one shot, with the hero talent "Phantom Pain"
https://www.wowhead.com/spell=467941/...
It deals 24% of the damage that your Aimed Shot does, to targets affected by Black Arrow (replaces kill shot).
It works like many other one shots, by using the scaled damage you do against low level targets. So hitting a lvl 30 NPC for 536 million, means you deal 128 million damage to players or other units!
This makes it one of the easiest one shots ever... All you do is to black arrow whoever you wanna destroy and then hit a lowbie mob within.... 40 yards (scaling with marksman mastery range).
Add in Withering Fire to spread black arrows to more enemies, to make it an AOE one shot!

In order to push this further, and one shot the capital boss of the horde (Rokhan, in retail) we are using the Unconscious Dig Rat, to spawn 3 rats inside the horde keep. These will take scaled damage. We need 3 of them, because we reach the ingame damage cap of 536 million, so there is a cap to Phantom Pains output.
