*12 white asparagus
*salt, pepper, lemon juice and sugar
*potatoes for side dish (to taste)
*garlic, rosemary to taste
*12 slices of speck
💛💛For the hollandaise sauce:
*100g butter
*4 egg yolks
*1 and a half tablespoons of white wine vinegar
*1 pinch of salt
*juice of half a lemon
