Choosing a meaningful life
I share a personal journey that began with questioning religious beliefs, passed through meaninglessness and suffering, descended into addiction and virtual escapism, and eventually lead to severe health complications and a choice: live or die.
Making the choice that life had meaning, I found that the choice made me: life started to take on meaning. And that change made all the difference.
