Don't Be A Bully Foundation mission is to empower and educate youth about bullying prevention and youth violence. We hope through our programs, workshops and youth empowerment events that help empower youth to become leaders in their community and schools.
Created by Terry Davis, an El Dorado native, in conjunction with his wife Kim Cantey Davis the DBAB Youth Empowerment Experience & Let’s Talk was birthed in 2018. As a product of the El Dorado, Arkansas community Terry Davis vowed to serve the future of his home town community.
In efforts to reach youth at every opportunity available The DBAB Youth Empowerment Experience offers mentoring, anti-bullying educational workshops, and a football clinic. Our program helps to build skills in assisting youth to succeed in life and working together. We focus in topics that deal with problems of relational aggression with boys and girls. DBAB respect how athletic involvement can be a substantial part of one's educational and developmental success. Participation in these extracurricular activities helps develop young children with the skills necessary to become strong and productive leaders in our society.
DBAB is committed to engaging young athletes to maximize the perseverance, discipline and the dedication needed to achieve one’s maximum potential. DBAB believes that every athlete has an opportunity to improve their skills and receive guidance in developing physical strength, motivation and decision making. The DBAB Youth Empowerment Experience Football Clinic is structured to provide a balanced mix of on-the-field drills, educational talks, and fun engaging experiences for all participants. Our mentoring sessions offer a variety of life skills, education/career guidance, setting goals, and courses on building a successful relationship.
Overall all The DBAB Youth Empowerment Experience sessions are designed to assist the youth in realizing and reaching their full achievement.
