Yoga for Seniors - Full Body Stretch - Senior Yoga - Yoga for Seniors Beginners - Gentle Yoga. This yoga for seniors class is designed for increasing flexibility, balance, and strength. This full body stretch yoga for seniors practice is especially designed for active older adults. Many modifications are shown throughout this gentle yoga practice that make this class very accessible. This senior yoga class is great for adults 50-75+, as the practice moves slowly through gentle stretching. The practice starts with a seated warm-up that brings awareness to the breath. Then, the class progresses into some deeper stretching. This gentle yoga practice ends in relaxing movement.
