Standing Yoga for Seniors - Yoga for Seniors - Standing Yoga - Senior Yoga. This senior standing yoga class is especially designed for adults ages 50-75+. This slow flow standing yoga practice focuses on stretching, strength, and balance. Many modifications are shown throughout the yoga practice that make this class very accessible. The yoga practice starts with a standing warm-up that brings awareness to the breath. Then the class progresses into some deeper standing stretching and balance. The yoga practice ends in standing breath work that brings awareness to the breath to increase relaxation in the body.
