With the new trick to get out of bounds, there are five new early power bombs. This brings the total to ten. Therefore, getting all ten means you'll start with 30 when you download the power bomb data. There is also a power bomb tank you can get early in Sector 6 (which I show near the end of the video), but the game becomes softlocked and you cannot progress.
