My 2nd Daikin I've ever had. But before I acquired this unit, I used to have a Panasonic Alowa Deluxe CS-XC9PKJ indoor unit • 2013 Panasonic Alowa Deluxe XC9PKJ AC Indo... . But then I traded that unit with this Daikin-owned @yosafattheairconditionerex6151 which has been converted into a fan split. It didn't come with the original remote when I received it, but I bought a used Daikin FTNE15-35 original remote sometime later. It has a few downsides, such as the chassis has some cracks, 3 of the suction line covers are missing, and the on/off button doesn't work. Those are actually just minor downsides which are not a fatal problem, and a few of them have already been fixed since (especially the top air-swing which came off of the swing motor).
I'm using it as a wall fan in the living room of my house, and it does really blow a huge amount of air, even on the lowest speed setting! But it only lasted for 3 months, because right after that, I grabbed a Panasonic CS-YN5TKJ unit • A (Semi) Quick Reveal Of The Panasonic Bas... (which was also already sold by now) that I converted into a fan split due to some issues, and that unit replaced this Daikin's job. Therefore, I have a plan to find a new casing for this unit since the old original one has a cracked front-panel hinge. But that plan was then canceled since I've found another Daikin fan split unit at a quite cheap price ( • ftne25 b4 and after running capacitor repl... ), and it's in a much better condition than this one is.
