44 - Full arm twist (Cartoon character rigging series)

Now the ribbon arms are working quite well its time to add a few more controls to improve the rig.

We have the forearm twist for realistic twisting but as this is a cartoon character it would be good if we could keep twisting the arm so eventually its like twisting a candy wrapper.

So to do this were going to hook the wrist twist up to a twist deformer on one of the arm ribbon spines blend shapes.
