Fast and accurate EAN13 barcode detection and scanning
This video is a representation of how with a webcam and image processing, a system can detect and read accurately an EAN13 barcode with high speed using frames of 720x960, and with a processing time of 35ms per frame under Intel(R) Core (TM)2 Duo CPU T5270 @ 1,4 Ghz 1.4Ghz. The project is realized with only c++ programming (Detection and decoding) under c++ builder, no sdk, no image processing libraries.
