This series explains the technical and creative workflow of the documentary Crumbs - Toppling the Bread Cartel.
It's also a tutorial that goes through the system we developed for crafting a story a large amount of interviews and visuals. For this we primarily used Avid Media Composer and Microsoft Office.
These are based mainly on my own trial and error experiences but I think I picked up some useful techniques for making an indie documentary outside of the studio system.
