In this video, our resident FP&A expert, Gareth Jones, walks us through what it looks like to actually build an entire Financial model from scratch in PowerExcel.
Please note: This is an example of the initial setup for PowerExcel Personal. In enterprise scenarios, we plug right into source systems and ideally grab the data dynamically. Just want viewers to be aware that once this is done, working in PowerExcel makes things so much faster because you have the power of a multidimensional data model behind your Excel.
If you make it to the end, you will see that Gareth deadpans with "You're going to be able to do, like, a lot with it." 😐 It's understated and its true! 😂
