Strawberry Cake 🍓 delicious cake and easy recipe!
The season of fresh berries has come and we want to share with you a recipe for a light, beautiful cake that will look great on the table.
You can decorate it with strawberries or any other berry of your choice =)

For a biscuit we need (diameter 16 cm):
egg 3 pcs
sugar 150 g
baking powder 2 tsp
salt 1 pinch
vanillin / vanilla to taste
flour 180 g
butter 150 g
milk 5 tablespoons
For cream:
curd cheese 300 g
honey 35 g
cream 33% 60 g
Impregnation:
sugar 20 g
water 30 g
lemon juice 10 g
unlimited fresh berries 🍓 (it took us about 200 g)
