Syntropic agriculture in mediterranean climate
In the South of France, François Gardey de Soos opens the doors of his estate to show us his almond, persimmon, and pistachio orchards, which he is developing using a syntropic farming system. His oldest orchards are over 30 years old. Passionate about plants and their diversity, he also presents his forest garden. Thank you to him!
