I looked at myself in the mirror, making sure I didn't look like a tramp, or too good. I wanted to be the perfect mix of bad and good, put together. Which in my opinion, would make the perfect date. So, to get you caught up, im Demi Lovato, Demi is short for Demitria, and for the first time in the twenty years fo my life, I took a risk. That risk being going on a blind date, who I have never met before, obviously. This date was set up by, Selena, my best friend, and her fiance, Nick. They came up with this crazy idea if their best friends date, it would be fun. So yeah, im set up with my best friends, fiance's best friend. I heard he's super cute, and funny. And awesome to be around, so I don't want to be too classy.
I looked at myself again before sighing, "I dont know, Selean. You guys make him sound so amazing, what if im not amazing enough for him?" She smiled getting up, "Honestly, Dems. Joe don't have high exspectations, so the chances of him not liking you are.... 0.5 out of 100. ok, trust me." I smiled, "Well, im going on this date you set up, so that should count for something." She smiled big and clapped her hands, "You do look great." I looked and examined my outfit again: http://www.zimbio.com/Demi+Lovato/art... I must admit, I did look pretty good.
The doorbell went off and Selena squeeled, "Oh my gosh, it must be him!" I rolled my eyes and walked down the stairs Selena followed happily, "Your gonna have so much fun!" I rolled my eyes, "Selena, its my date, and you seem more excited then me, chill, ok?" She nodded and calmed down. I opened the door and there was a guy in a leather jacket leaning against the door frame, acting cool. He smirked, "Im Joe, you must be Daisy." I raised an eyebrow, "Its Demi." He nodded, "Yeah, I knew that, I was just pulling your strings." I crossed my arms, "Well heres a heads up... I dont like people 'pulling my strings,' ok?"
He nodded, and stepped aside, letting Nick into his house, he smiled, "Have fun on your date, guys." I walked out and the house door closed almost imediatly. I turned to Joe with a smile, "So, what do you have planed this evening?" I asked him. He smirked, Any girls dream date. Lets go." I nodded, as he walked me to my car.
Twenty minutes later we were sitting in McDonalds, having dinner. I dressed up all nice for what? A meal at McDonald's. I rolled my eyes dipping a fry in ketchup and eating it. Joe's phone rang and he started talking, and laughing. Ten minutes later he was still talking and decided to finally end the conversation, "Later gorgeous." He said before closing his phone. I raised an eyebrow, "May I ask who you were chatting with this past 10 minutes?" I asked him and he smirked, "This hottie I met at the bar." I nodded, and stood up, "Oh, well why dont you invite you hottie to have a romantic dinner at McDonald's?" I asked him
He shrugged, "Well, she's not the McDonald's type." I rolled my eyes, "Well, im leaving" I old him, but he stopped me. "Excuse me, Dani--" I rolle dmy eyes, "ITS DEMI!" He shrugged, "whatever. You need to pay for youor food." I rolled my eyes once again, and tossed in ten bucks, "here, keep the change asshole!" I stormed out of McDonald, pissed off. This was officially the worst date of my life I wish I never see that asshole again.
