This Full HD video tutorial shows how to make HBO like intro using LightWave 3D.
I used whole array of transparent plates, just to show you how they bend.
In your case remove some plates and leave just title of company or other text. And of course use some nice HDRI image for reflections.
Plate is centered in 1 m range, by offsetting it by 125 mm (0.125*2+0.75=1.0), to avoid issues with Floor node later.
To center all plates in all axes I used TrueArt's TrueCenter interactive tool.
Distance between plates is always constant and equal to 1,1,1 in all axes. So if you will use Math Scalar Floor node on floating point X axis, you will receive column, and similar on Y axis - row.
Alternative you can use TrueArt's plugin WeightPolygonGroups to enumerate polygons or groups in X and Y axes manually like in this tutorial:

Column and row are then multiplied by some scalar. Experiment by yourself what looks the best in your case.
Then Time from TrueArt's Node Library Render Info node is added. You can multiply Time by some scalar, might be different for X and Y or same for both, then add to angles.
Plug angles to Math Trigonometry Sin and Cos nodes.
Outputs from them multiply by some scalar(s) and add together. It'll be final offset in Z axis. Plug it to Make Vector and then to Displacement Input vector.
