This video shows near PERFECT conditions. The only thing that would have made it better would have been a touch less left crosswind.
Compare to more challenging conditions in 2018 - when slick glare ice meant that about the only possible landings were in calm air. Otherwise a crosswind would have simply blown you across the ice due to lack of traction:
