Absolute Liberation
These changes for humanity cannot be forced because free will is still at play, however more people will begin to be presented with options to make better decisions and allow humanity to break through the cycle of making the same mistakes over and over again. We can only hope that enough people seize these opportunities which will create the actual changes.
Update 2022: If we don't learn from history, history will repeat. The situation currently happening in Eastern Europe is proof of that.
