Even though EV charging adapters are basically waterproof to a certain extent so that they can be used outside, aren't you worried about them getting too wet in the heavy rain, typhoons, or storms?
Therefore, I will introduce you a method to create a drip-proof cover that will prevent rainwater from directly falling on the adapter using a readily available 2 liter plastic bottle.
Cut out a round hole in the top of the plastic bottle so that the outlet can fit through it, cut out a square hole in the bottom so that the adapter can fit through it, insert the adapter through the outlet, and place the adapter inside the plastic bottle to complete the drip-proof cover.
