Forest fruit cake with white chocolate glaze frosting 🍰
Ingredients: Sponge: 4 eggs, 200g powdered sugar, 1 packet of vanilla sugar, 150g flour, half of packet of baking powder
Forest fruit cream: 300g Greek yogurt, 300g of forest fruit, 200g of powdered sugar, 1 lemon, 9 sheets of gelatin, 400ml of heavy cream
White chocolate topping: 150g white chocolate and 150ml of heavy cream
