Quick and Easy Taco Salad

It is bringing ALL the flavor, plus a stellar combination of textures, and it’s still ready in just 20 minutes.

You’ve got greens, proteins, carbs, and delicious flavors all in one bowl. So whether you’re meal-prepping your work lunches or looking for something to satisfy the whole family, this is a dish you can feel good about. Oh, and the Catalina dressing? It makes the whole thing totally addictive! Run, don’t walk to make this one!
How to make Taco Salad:
You’ll start off by whipping up that easy Catalina dressing. In a small bowl combine, ketchup, vinegar, sugar, salt, paprika, celery salt, cayenne pepper, and onion powder. As you are whisking, stream in the canola oil, slowly, until it’s completely incorporated.
And that’s your dressing! Set it aside for now and you can get started with the meat.
Place a large skillet over medium-high heat and add about 2 tablespoons of canola oil. Once it’s to temperature, add in your ground turkey, along with the seasoning. Chop it up and allow it to cook for approximately 6-8 minutes, or until cooked through. Remove it from the pan and set aside until ready to use.
Now it’s time to bring it all together! Add your chopped romaine to a bowl and top it off with the ground turkey, onion, beans, cheese, black olives, tomatoes, and tortilla strips. Finish with a generous drizzle of dressing and enjoy!
