Sawing sewing holes in book spine.
This is a demonstration for Sawing sewing holes in book spine. Using a fine saw to cut in the sewing holes will help reduce the time it takes to set your sewing holes and I find it helps to align them. If I plan to sew several book, I can clamp the book together and saw in the sewing holes in a group.
The paper I used for the folded covers (folios) is 100 lb card stock paper called "Construction" in the Night Shift Blue color from French Paper Company of Niles, Michigan.
The text paper that I use for blank books is white sulphite 60 lb drawing paper from Dick Blick.
